A. Bergère Blanc de Blancs Solera

Following the grape harvest in September, the winemaking process begins with the fermentation and storage of the wine. It undergoes this transformation in both stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Subsequently, the second fermentation occurs within the bottle, adhering strictly to the traditional Champagne Method, spanning a period of 36 to 48 months.

The term "Solera" means a blending technique, wherein a composition is crafted by combining 50% of older vintages with 50% of the current year's vintage. In this instance, the blend comprises vintages from both 2013 and 2019, resulting in a harmonious fusion of their distinctive characteristics.
