Ruinart Rosé NV Magnum
Ruinart Rosé NV Magnum
Ruinart Rosé NV is a fine, elegant champagne with the characteristic Ruinart taste that comes from the high concentration of Chardonnay.
With a beautiful, rosé-golden colour, Ruinart Rosé is a soft, balanced and fruity wine with great body. A real crowd pleaser.
Ruinart is the very first champagne house, Ruinart, was founded in 1729. The house has a rich and complex history and continues to develop and promote its special art of living.
The history of Ruinart rosé champagne, is the very first rosé champagne, goes back to the 18th century and has more than 250 years behind it. Both then and today, rosé champagne is imbued with excellent quality. And a lot of people love to have tannins in their champagne, which is the power of mixing red and white wine.
45% Chardonnay comes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards. 55% Pinot Noir comes from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne vineyards, of which 18-19% is made into red wine. 20-25% comes from reserve wines from the previous two years.
Comments from a tasting:
"Utterly delicious, totally fruit-driven and with surprising finesse, this is just the second Ruinart Brut Rosé cuvée produced by Fred Panaiotis, the young, highly talented new chef de caves. If he keeps this up, Ruinart, the oldest Champagne house, could be a superstar in the making."
