This Rosé Saignée is surprising and bold. A real crowd pleaser, and a great bottle to enjoy for everyone, even if it is your first time trying Rosé champagne. It's made using the old-fashioned method called 'saignée.' This means they get the juice from soaking the grape skins with the grape juice for 12 to 16 hours. A process that takes time, knowhow and patience. Because it has to be surveilled the whole time, to see if the color is right. But the time is all worth it, as it makes a lovely champagne with notes of red fruits.
