This champagne is made the same way as the "Lasseaux Pole Position Brut", the only difference is the amount of dosage. In the brut there is 7g/L, Demi-Sec is 32g/L

Crafted from 100% Meunier grapes, this delightful and charming Blanc de Noirs asserts itself with vibrant fruitiness, lively character, and hints of maturity. Made with the solera method, blending 50% from 2017 and %50 from the solera blend which is made from the vintages 2000 and up. The
